Great Seattle Mortgage
We were all set to sell our home and upgrade into a bigger one and take advantage of the slump in the real estate market when our mortgage broker made us take a second look. With the current seattle mortgage that we have and it being so low we may be able to afford both homes and rent one out. We did a lot of thinking about it and worked our own numbers. Now we are the proud owners of a rental property plus we were able to upgrade and now live in a fantastic new home in the city.
