Repair grants are available for the most need-worthy properties
There are all types of grants available from the goverment to help out with costs needed to fix problems that arise with properties. Repair grants are available whereby a house has been assessed as being unfit to live in or a danger to people living in the surrounding area. The grants are available to people like landlords to repair properties for the tenants and also the tenants can apply for the grants if the landlord is not willing to carry out the repair for the tenant for whatever reason. The grant is not available for adding new projects to a home, only for existing problems that arise in a home.
