How To Meditate Right Now
There are many ways to meditate, but the following is a lesson on how to meditate right now, even if you have never tried meditation before. First, sit comfortably where you will not be distracted. Then close your eyes and breath deeply through your nose for a minute. Allow your breathing to fall into a comfortable pattern as you pay attention to it. Feel the tension running our of you body. If your mind wanders, return your attention to your breath. Do this for about five or ten minutes and you’ll probably feel refreshed and relaxed when you open your eyes.
