I Missed My High School Prom
I am now a very cautious person, which is something that I have never been before. I will never forget that I had to miss my high school prom, because I was laying up in bed with a bad case of poison ivy. I came in contact with it while playing volleyball in a friend’s back yard. When her parents found out what had happened to me, they felt really bad about what had occurred. The did not want any other kids to go through what I went through, so they started practicing poison ivy control. I was scared to go over there for a long time.
