it is science

you do not gain strength without gaining muscle. so if you dont get stronger workout by workout then you have not gained any muscle.  this tells you that you need to adjust something in your program weather it be in nutrition or your training. if you are not as strong as you where the last time that you did a workout then you may not have let your muscles recover enough to be able to repair themselves. this is where you should stop looking at your workouts like it is a routine and start to look at it like it is science. iit is time to start extreme workouts for building muscle.
