A breakfast fit for a king
When you have high cholesterol, this is not good. My friends’ dad has eaten oatmeal for breakfast his whole life. He does not skip on his oats. He is even a restaurant owner so he could have anything he wants, any day. Other breakfast foods that are healthy to me would be ones which provide a nice balance of protein and good carbs, not bread products like pancakes, french toast, toast with butter, english muffins, or bagels. These are some of the usual standards offered for breakfast, but could be replaced by much more nutritious carbs like sprouted wraps for breakfast burritos.
