Learn to Overcome Stuttering

Learning how to overcome stuttering all begins with why you are stammering in the first place. Contrary to popular belief, stammering is often caused by social anxiety, rather than simply speaking incorrectly. Studies have shown a correlation between people who suffer from stuttering and social anxiety, and if you are often intimidated by large social gatherings, then this may be a cause.

Therefore, you need to work out what triggered the anxiety in the first place, and try to deal with this first. Once you feel more confident in public, you’re stuttering will become less and less too. Hope this helps.
