Lower Back Pain Left Side
Having lower back pain left side is really been an aggravation for me especially when I try to get out of bed in the morning. When getting up in the morning you think my back would be well rested but that is not the case because I have even had to yell for my kids to help me get up. One morning my husband and kids left me sleeping and left the house without me knowing about it and I actually had to roll out of bed on to the floor and then crawl on the floor until I reached the chair to pull myself up.
