The best way to lose weight effectively and safely is to go on a natural weight loss program.  Natural weight loss programs are better than taking harsh pills that can cause side effects.  The greatest benefit is that you won’t have the side effects that you would have by taking certain diet pills.  And on top of that the results will be much more permanent than the pills because eventually they will stop working for you as your body adapts to them.  If one sticks to the basics such as eating correctly, and exercising as often as possible, and staying consistent with a good diet program, it will be much better in the long run.
