My home suffered extensive damage due to the Hurricane a few years ago in Florida. I had the water removed, and had some minor repairs around the home. I thought everything was clear, and I could enjoy my home again. However, I found out later. There was other damage that I did not see before. Now, I have rotten wood, and there is a black substance. My neighbor states the black substance is mold. I am very upset about the condition of my property.
