He Pulled Out of the Job
My wife and I hired a landscaping contractor to do an extensive landscape job at our home. He was supposed to do many things including building a pond and water feature in the back yard, install a redwood deck and build a pergola. Everything was laid out on paper including a draw schedule and a contract was agreed upon and signed. The work began as scheduled and things started to go downhill. He started asking for additional draws and when I refused and quoted the contract he pull out of the job. I immediately started looking into Missouri Contract Law. I decided that this was a fight that I needed a good attorney to fight for me.
